A very practical and informative guide to something that has been almost taboo to talk about. I hope this helps employers to make adjustments and have the awareness to retain their most experienced and skilled staff.
The actual biology was skipped over a bit, more detail would have made it clearer, and made the symptoms more understandable

A useful basis for those who know v little about the menopause and how to treat people at work during this phase of their lives.
I enjoyed this training, there is a good level of information provided and it's great to see the additional suggestions of where I can look if I want to know more or need some support.I would feel more than happy sharing this with my team and think it’s a super resource.
Overall good on the compassion and emphasis on patience and time. Perhaps a lead into a collaborative action plan to build the confidence and allowing for the possible exception "Down Days", and a proactive "Lets walk this road together" style. I think about right for Line managers.
