This is a very good overview of an increasingly important subject in the workplace.

This training will benefit everyone in our working environment and it is hugely encouraging that this is in place. It is only truly understandable when you have gone through it meaning that post menopausal women will be a great help to those about to start the processes! God bless us all.

Found the different I formation great. Only picking point is to try and make the questions clearer as the first one almost came across as a trick question and can be deflating to get it wrong even though you gave a correct answer just not the full answer

This course was very accessible as someone with autism who also holds a management position and directly supports a large team. The way the information was divided up, with summaries at the end of each section as well as clear, direct speech was very useful. The informative regarding the menopause was so multifaceted yet bitesize, and I especially appreciated the inclusiveness of the training when it came to gender identity. Thanks you!

I thought this training was very good and very informative because there were lots of topics I was not aware off, that I will take away with me now for when the time comes.

Will definately think about this in the workplace
