A good training module covering all aspects of what you need as a manager to support your team. It was good to learn about expectations, policies, and procedures and what a manager is not expected to be ie: menopause specialist. Terminology and how to start conversations in the correct manner

A great insight into the Menstrual Cycle, giving a good understanding and how we can help make more bearable.
