a very good thorough informative course

a great course, it gives a good understanding of the processes and issues involved and would provide any line manager or employee with a greater understanding of what a 'person' has to go through if they have menopausal symptoms

5/5
More emphasis on the symptoms

As someone who is peri-menopausal, I felt the content was helpful however didn't really focus on the main symptoms. I appreciate everyone has different symptoms, however even as a woman I had no idea just how much my confidence levels would reduce and the loss of focus I would feel. As someone who has always been organised and a good communicator, this has been the hardest thing to explain to others as they can't understand it.

Invaluable

This is an invaluable course that all staff members can benefit from to increase the knowledge and awareness of how menopause can affect their colleagues. Particularly useful as a member of the HR Team. Excellent!!

Really useful introduction

Really useful course and great for normalising conversations about the menopause, peri-menopause and post- menopause. I'm not sure if this course had further reading (it probably did but I cant remember now) but if it didn't I'm sure there's something to help with understanding mental health/emotions around this massive change. It is all hormonally driven, so maybe a link to Dr Stacy Simms (or similar) information about hormonal changes and what that means for our bodies, synapses in the brain and what exercises and supplements can help us could be useful because #wnsm women are not small men! Thank you for the course and thank you to Redbridge is being in the avant guard on this. Impressive stuff Redbridge!
