Informative and easy to follow

Very much enjoyed the course content and format. A great way to cover a sensitive and misunderstood condition. Will be a useful aide to our business -thank you!

5/5
Too long and unnecessary details

It was far more detailed than I needed to know. I needed to know the symptoms and how it might affect a persons work and how i can beat support that person.

3/5
Informative

The course is clear and informative for everyone and highlights some of the symptoms of menopause that could otherwise easily be linked to stress ie headaches, anxiety, disrupted sleep. Having an awareness of something helps everyone to just take a step back and perhaps assess a situation in a more informed way.

informative, compact, easy to follow

The course was very informative, highlighted support that is on offer, As a post menopausal women myself, I would have welcomed this help and support, as at the time the ethos was, it is something that happens and you were expected to get on with it. I now think that support is now needed for young girls around the start of menstruation. As a nan to a teenage girl, and witnessing what she went through at school, (again teachers saying it is a natural occurrence, and some not letting them go to the toilet) I think there should be more education around their needs as well, after all it is a challenging time for them also.
