Useful training as there are so many women in the workplace suffering with menopause symptoms.
Gives a good overview, plenty of information, good for managers to raise awareness, thoughtful and will take a number of action points away.
I think it was a good course, but I think it should be done by all staff not just line managers. All staff should be aware of recognising signs of peri menopause & menopause in their colleagues, friends and family.

I use the transcript rather than the video. It was not in a format that was easily read, punctuation was poor and some words and sentences were repeated.
I experienced menopause in a previous organisation which did not have any level of awareness and support. This is a very helpful resource and it is good to know that others have access to this level of support and need not suffer in silence with my current organisation.
