It's good that the company are giving one and all a better understanding of this subject.

I really learnt a lot from this course. The structure is brilliant, and very easy to follow. I tend to struggle to concentrate when overloaded with information, but the short, relevant and to the point sections were perfect to keep me focused and engaged. I would love to take more courses.

As a lady going through menopause myself, for quite a long time now, I already knew a lot about the menopause and the information that was in the training. But, for anyone who is just starting to experience perimenopause or the menopause, then I think the training was very informative. I wish I had it when I first experienced it. It is good to know there is someone at work who can help you through these very testing times.

I am pleased that this is now a subject that we can all talk about, after all we all know someone who has gone, or is going through it. Its a fact of life.

Very good to know that this subject is finally being recognised within the work place. As an older employee I know only too well how the Menopause can affect one's wellbeing. A good awareness training course for all Managers.
