Think this will help given understanding to those who have had no previous knowledge of menopause and hopefully will encourage the subject to be discussed more openly, and assist those who are experiencing the condition to be more at ease at work.

I found this training to be an excellent resource for improving my own understanding & advising ways to include a policy within our organisation.

This training got across the main important points about the menopause is a straightforward way. It was to the point and very accessible.

Good to know that this is now something that companies have to be legally aware of and that policies are put in place so employees have a greater understanding of how this affects people.

I thought this was a good overview of how an employer can quietly prepare, show insight, understanding & consideration along with support for persons experiencing this.

A short course and yet so informative. No long winded, mind wandering narrative or presentation but basic brief relevant points and explanations with links to further more in-depth information. Easy to understand a great informal way for those not directly involved to understand, adapt and support. Brilliant all round informative course that ticks all the boxes of awareness and information.

I am going through the Peri-Menopause at the moment and when the training was going through the symptoms, I was checking them all off. I do have a very understanding, compassionate and confidential Manager but I can imagine not all managers being so understanding. The training was very informative and set out in a good way.
