The course was well set out with easy to access additional links to resources. Each section of the course was meaningful, understandable and acted as a refresher to remind staff of who to speak to for support and a gentle reminder to line managers of how to support their staff, where to go for additional information themselves and the correct approach.

Comprehensive and easy-to-follow course which covers the basics of what people going through (peri-) menopause experience, how this might affect them at work and what managers can do to help their employees.
