I thought it provided a very clear overview of what the menopause is, how it affects people and the types of support that should be available.
This session is a good blend of information for the people experiencing the perimenopause or menopause and also very useful information for colleagues around them who would benefit from some guidance on how to support their co-worker. The additional element of how line managers can assist is also really beneficial too. A good course.

This training raises awareness, shares some important facts and puts the onus to support clearly with the line manager - but only if the employee wants them to. Useful additional information.
