The course is informative yet the constant videos make it hard to stay engaged. My suggestion would be more interactive. Maybe more questions during.
Not really sure why this course was added to my programme. I did it anyway because it's always interesting to learn something new but did wonder if this was relevant for me.
We are in the middle of the Covid - 19 outbreak and have much more sanitizing to do on each shift so this was time consuming as we are also trying to engage more with our residents to give them distraction activities.

Clear and easy to use. I would recommend using the transcript as the audio drops quite frequently missing key words out
