Learning the importance of correct manual handling and how this helps to prevent strains and injuries. Manual handling is a continuous part of life involving almost everything we do, so we need to protect our back by doing it properly. There is an area called the 'Power Zone' this is a space between mid-thigh and mid-chest and is the best way to convey an item.
This course was very easy to do and follow. I had no trouble following it at all.
