This was clear, told me some stuff I didn't know and reinforced things I sort of knew already. Easy to follow without being patronising, Only reservation is that knowing the theory is just the first step to applying it in practice - but that would apply just as much to classroom training as to online.

A patronising mix of simple common sense, "now we can't be sued", common mythology and impractical, unrealistic advice. I work out regularly, and I don't think I know my 1-rep max for some random box of books I might have to lift, so taking 2/3rds of that unknown number is a non-starter anyway. Ridiculous. Honestly, who comes up with this rubbish?
