Makes you think when lifting heavy objects
I like the course delivery and content, including the extra posters we can use on our work presmises. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that during the test there were an ambiguous question that was not a question. I fed the details back to the iHASCO support team for review.
The course covered the tops in detail. May be could be shorter without detracting from it;s importance
A really good lesson on how our spine works in our day to day activities as well as when extra strength is needed. Great markers to follow to keep safe
