Course is very well presented. Clear ,Informative and not needlessly padded out .Good back up materials to down load and intersting.
This is a very important course, which relays some very important information. I think that everybody should do this course, and give themselves an opportunity to think about manual handling a little differently.I would definitely recommend this course to everyone. As a plus, it is only 40 minutes long!

Good Training, Interesting about the spine. Could do with some realistic lifting scenarios demonstrations too.
An interesting and informative course that personally applied to me, having arthritis in the spine. I thought that the participant was kept engaged and it was very meaningful and covered a very important subject area that is very much neglected, not just in work situations but at home as well.
It was informative and helpful. I enjoyed listening to what was said.
