This course is for kids, you basically showing how to lift a simple box that needs to be showed in school. It's important to know how many kg's a person can handle but some videos are just waste of time, this course should take maximum 5 minutes to complete.What a waste of time this is.

a short and understanding course
I liked the course and found it user friendly. However, there are very loud and abrupt noises to signify the load moving on certain slides, which were quite startling to me. I believe those are unnecessary and can be disturbing to people who are more sensory sensitive. Thank you
