It's very important to understand the manual handing task
It's an overview course which covers all you really need to know ( information relevant to me) without being convoluted.

Good informative course with enough information to work safely without making it too long so people lose interest.
Explanations together with videos made the subject easy to understand and relate to everyday activities. Interesting information regarding how posture, spine and assessment completion reduces risks of injury.
