It is a very good course to be honest. Because it will reduce the risk of injury especially on our back. As we have learned and understand the correct position of our knees before we lift an object with weight.
Good course that reminds you how important manual handling is
Practical advice on how to prevent injuries
I found the course to be informative with regards to the information provided about the spine and how to look after it, along with how to safely lift objects with the well being of the individual and their health being paramount. The course was delivered in a concise and easy to follow manner meaning that the test at the end of the course was quite easy as long as attention was paid during the course.
The space between the tick boxes is to small so it is easy to tick the wrong box.
