This was a very worthwhile training session. One very interesting aspect was the explanation of the human spine and the discs that are within and how they can be compressed causing damage without symmetry of posture.

It was helpful that the course was divided into small bite size chunks so that it is possible to have a breather or pause between sections if needed eg to help keep concentration. Short and sweet - it shared the info efficiently and good that a few questions were asked during the course to help keep us on the ball & reduce the anxiety for the test at the end as we had practiced some answers! Thanks for protecting our wellbeing and keeping us safe through these self-help tools incrteasing our awareness

Let people take the assessment first, then they don't waste time and energy watching videos on subjects they already know :( :( :(
