The course provided an easy to understand walk through of the considerations when undertaking a manual handling task. The course was simple to follow and broke down the steps in small chunks to absorb. The course didn't really give guidance though on how to complete the movement of objects at height which could be dangerous.
It is an excellent course - short and informative with very clear videos and messages. A good recap of things I knew, plus some new tips and techniques - it is always good to learn!
Doing a manual handling course every year gets very boring since I have done these courses so often before. There is little gained but frustration, and the questions are so easy to pass. Action: shorter refresher courses should only be once per 3 years not annually.
On the final question both answers were wrong somhow.
