the course was good and you learn a lot with this course very good I loved it
you cant put a price on health and safety - great info - like the lite method . Reminds you that everyday obstacles are a risk . the videos does minimise risk . depends on the end user following the advice .
This course was consise but thorough with good explanations and real life examples. It did, however, assume all work was office based.

a very good course which explained what your objectives where why and then how to carry this out safely
The course provided an easy to understand walk through of the considerations when undertaking a manual handling task. The course was simple to follow and broke down the steps in small chunks to absorb. The course didn't really give guidance though on how to complete the movement of objects at height which could be dangerous.
It is an excellent course - short and informative with very clear videos and messages. A good recap of things I knew, plus some new tips and techniques - it is always good to learn!
