This was the third time I have taken manual handling training, The online course was very good.

I thought the course was well constructed and delivered. Clear and concise. However I had problems throughout with wither Internal Server Errors, and had to repeat 'slides' - and especially during the exam where answers were not saved and had to go back to repeat. This made it a little frustrating.
The course explained in selections and showed examples easy to learn instructions on how to take care of ourselves when lifting a load.

Waste of time and effort. Only did the course because I had to. These courses achieve NOTHING.

One thing that can also help a person when doing the course is if they get a question wrong on the test, your should be able to go to the part of the section that talks about the question, instead of going back to the beginning of the course.
