I found this course very informative and helpful. Especially the handling technics part, which I will use and pass on to my collegues.
I really liked this module. It did repeat some aspects from the more general training module but of course, in more detail. With a focus on the spine and good posture, there was lots of really interesting information about the muscles, bones, tenons - a good all rounder!
