I thought this was a good example of MH training made simple and clear. It covers all the key points, and the illustrations are clear and helpful. I think the maths about the loads you can manage could be re-thought as most people probably wouldn't assess the load weight correctly or know what, eg: 15kgs feels like to lift. I've done a great deal of MH training over the course of my career and this is a good example of an online course.
