Well worth undertaking

This course will give the individual a number of trigger points to consider prior to undertaking any level of manual handling regardless of the task required.

Well presented course

Another well presented course - useful to see the science behind the pressures put on the spine and manual handling in various scenarios.

Too many short videos

While having one long video with everything is a bit much have 8-9 one minute videos is also a bit annoying, maybe having 4-5 min lengths so not continuously clicking next and play, just felt like I clicked next and play a few hundred times, but information is spot on and easy to take on

Ok

The section on lifting from Height using a step ladder is incorrect, as you are supposed to maintain 3 point of contact whilst using a step ladder / ladder, thus you would be lifting the load with only one hand which contradicts the need for lifting with two hands for manual handling

Most of the questions are common sense

Some of the questions are common sense where others can be a bit difficult. When I was doing the test and only had a few more questions to do, but had to stop and go back to it. Unfortunately it took me back to the beginning and I was unable to get my 100% score

Excellent

I started the Training Course, at one time, stopped, and returned later to finish it. Unfortunately it did not allow for additional review. Although I passed, it would have been nice to have had the option to "review" the course again before taking the test.
