I found the videos very easy to follow and very informative. I thought the test at the end could have been a little more challenging though. Maybe a few more answer choices that are nearer the correct answer.

The videos were easy to understand. Full of usefull information.
This was a simple to follow course. My only criticism is that it is done in such short, sharp sections. I understand that this is for ease of picking up from where you left off and to provide the most important information at the end of the section, but I found it distracting and off putting.

Never had formal manual handling training before ! Always used common sense / toolbox talks re care when lifting. This course was very useful, easy to understand explanations and guidance to follow.
