Would be a great idea if these videos and questions were available to everyone. However, some questions are written in a confusing way!
Quick and easy
Bad practice of Manual handling which are mostly practice, have not been shown enough.
I know personally from experience as being a person trainer that you should be very careful and aware of lifting any object that could cause injury

Could be condensed into a shorter version putting all pointers together of the basics rather than individual videos As then it becomes tedious as the trainer become repetitive on the the examples pointers gives etc
