The test took answer which I didn't click on. Also I took this training when I had a free session my certificate was valid until the 21st of May 2023 but because I took the initiative I will have to retake this again in the middle of the busiest time of year next year. :(

its good wee course for people with no common sense but should the woman not be wearing safety shoes if carrying a heavy box?
A really excellent course. I've done a few in the past, but this was the most informative and yet simultaneously succinct of them all. It was easy to follow and absorb, but not too dry like some can be. The first section about the spine and its different elements was a really good addition, as I feel it makes it that much more personal, as you're suddenly aware of the habits you perform that could damage your own discs, muscles, or tendons! Thanks guys!
