It is a good course However, I am not involved in any lifting at the food bank due to arthritis and an old back injury so redoing it so often seems unnecessary. I only do signposting or meet and greet.

One comment - the way you demonstrate lifting packages is all wrong with one hand underneath and one near the top. If there was any reasonable weight in the package the upper hand wouldnt carry it and it would end up on your feet. Surely, both hands should be underneath ??

Very informative and interesting.
Each section was short and too the point, and had good content which kept you interested. I had done a few similar training modules and this is definitely one of the best.
This is very helpful as it gives you a good understanding on how to manual handle at work.
