Excellent course. Great background information and then preventative measures and techniques to reduce chances of injury. Well presented, straight forward and easy to follow.
It is a good course However, I am not involved in any lifting at the food bank due to arthritis and an old back injury so redoing it so often seems unnecessary. I only do signposting or meet and greet.
