Easy to follow but felt it didn't necessarily explain how you can safely carry a box down steps ladders, with ideally, 3 points of contact. If no other options available. IE lone worker etc. Other wise good course.

This is a really good training presentation. Very clear and concise instructions. The LITE tool is a really good ready reckoner to practise and will help avoid employees causing themselves damage in the workplace and outside. The questions at the end are also very relevant to the training. Excellent training course.
