Over 30 mini videos is a awful waste of time. Is that for the kids/tik tok crowd?

The use of videos is helpful as some people prefer to see things visually rather than just read what they have to do or how they should do it. I also liked the explanations of why you should carry things closer to your body rather than away from it. It is also good that there is a choice to either watch the video or read a transcript or do both.
