While the instruction was great, it felt like I was being talked down to- as if I were a child. Doesn’t really bother me but that’s just the vibe I got from it. Cheers
Good to be able to refresh knowledge, as sometimes MH not required on a regular basis, keeps you up to date for your own benefit and good health

Very good communication with good examples and easy to understand.
the training was engaging with lots of visual aids and interesting facts etc. I have experience of training manual handling myself and this covered everything i would expect it to.
