OK no problems
it was easy to follow nice short videos and explained very well and the recaps were good as you can go back and watch the videos again
My learning style isn't suited to this type of training, prefer to read something that watch a long video.
Didn't take to long to complete and was a good reminder of how we should be lifting, standing etc everyday.
The course is common sense however it is excellent to have the detail to give you a greater understanding of how to lift safely
