This course was well crafted with short, clear mini videos and brief bullet pointed recaps at the end of each. I appreciated learning how the spine and back worked and how bad manual handling could cause problems. Highlighting the golden rules and having the LITE mnemonic explained and reinforced through the course was very constructive and helpful. The lifting demonstration videos were equally clear and it was good to see the manual handling theory working in practice. An excellent course.

I found the information about the back and body really interesting. The processes and tips are really useful and the nature of the training is engaging and simple.
