Gives a really good insight as to what can happen when doing everyday tasks. Very interesting.
The question are straight forward to understand and answer.
I’m 220lbs. Been lifting and training for twenty years.l and I work on the railway. How are a bunch of 100lb twigs going to teach me about lifting? I could deadlift that woman and the guy, and their pets and one of their friends. Please stop wasting my time. This videos is the polar opposite of informative.
