Having worked previously in H & S and done a few manual handling courses in my time, I would say that especially for an online course this is very good and covers it all.
Although a lot of the content is common sense, I found the course informative and useful. It wasn't boring and in my opinion the overall length of time needed to complete the course was spot on.
