Good, easy to follow training which will help my job
It is a lot of listening and not much interaction to keep the listener engaged. Could do with an option to speed up the video because it was slow to listen to

Working in charity shop, often have to move clothes mannequins from shelves which are about 5foot off the ground, there is no advice in this course on how to do this properly.

No demonstration of lifting above your head level. In the shop most of the mannequins are above your height and are quite heavy.

It was a good course. Reminded me how important it is to lift anything and look after my back.
