Once again the scenarios are not reflective of the environment I will be entering.
This course is fine put I find one problem with it , I suffer with osteoarthritis in both knees and find it hard to bend my knees and use my leg muscles to push upwards this is a area not talked about in this course and at times I rely on my back to help me lift

A good explanation of manual handling and how to avoid any injuries. Makes you realize that sometimes getting into bad habits can be more harmful than good.

Really good, well presented by both actors. Great mix of written, verbal and visual information usage. Good quality analogies ie with the satsuma as a spinal disk. Quick and to the point on every section no meandering through in a boring manner with over complication. overall one of the best online training courses I've seen in a long time
