Good to understand but sadly this is not an easy option when you have pallets of items arrive, sadly not all products can be separated into better handling weights, some companies do not have the resources to cover a 2 or 3 people to assist. you do not mention if using a trolley when you get to the designated area to unload to shelving that is above waist height. but you did have some good idea theories. The volumes that we receive that are far to heavy to lift from the pallet to the large refrigerator's has been reported to my manager and health and safety.
