It makes you think twice !!
I suppose it should not change that much anyway, as most of it is still very much relevant, what i did notice at lifting from the 'waist height summary', there was no section 3, it went from section 2 to 4, just thought i would mention this, Jane
I found the course to be very good. Teaches you weel and the questions at the end are designed to ensure you know what youre talking about and not just selecting obvious answers.
The course was broken down into easily managed sections - and could be stopped and picked up as and when. How to lift safely was explained.
