Very useful course that I can take into my workplace to help me carry out tasks safely.
A concise and clear training brief on manual handling. It is important to protect our body when carrying out these types of operations by following the recommended actions. The correct posture and handling methods should not be taken for granted and subconsciously we should be continually in a high state of alertness when carrying out manual handling or any other operations that can lead to harm to our body.
