I liked the overall presentation and style of the short videos. Easy to understand and enough information given to get the individuals points across. Main presenter was very clear and very professional and listenable. I learned more than I thought and will remember the important points and fragility of our backs and spine

Its kind of common sense stuff but its a good training course for work and personal manual lifting which is important to having a healthy back. Presenting in bite sixed ways which is really great for my learning.

The course was well communicated with both vocal and visual instruction. It was fairly basic information that was given and/or commonsense, but it was beneficial to have what I already knew reiterated, as I am aware that I don't always remember to do what I should regarding lifting and moving items from one place to another, especially when I am busy and there is some time pressure! I felt as if I had achieved something at the end of the course and on successful completion of the test, when printing my my certificate - very smart it is too!!
