This test is helping me to get more experience about manual handling and it benefit me from getting injured or cause any problem during work, I enjoyed the course thank you
Maybe its just impossible to make manual handling interesting and engaging but this is a struggle to get through without zoning out.

All good content that was presented although almost 10 of 25 slides on good posture may be too much. would have preferred more on MH techniques particularly with reference to pushing and pulling, all seemed to be on lifting. Also a slide maybe on the type and use of mechanical devices that could be use to help rather than a reference to if they are available use them.
Made me think quite a lot, enjoyed this course, will be helpful for me to know this information moving forward
