Professionally presented, concentrated on safety and ease of understanding the main points without too much repetition.
Slide 21 the tutor said to place hands opposite each other when lifting the box, but the slide 21 said place them diagonally (what I have always been taught). Also, would been good to show advice for carrying a heavy load by a handle (like shopping), better to divide the load into two bags to keep the body in balance.
The course was very well presented and explained clearly all the main points. The course made me think about the way we should do manual handling, not just at work but outside of work too! I awarded this course 5 stars, but i rate it 10 out of 10. Best wishes, Kind regards Steve, Thinktank, Birmingham Museums.
