Very helpful training, manual handling techniques are quite simple straight forward and does not take much time at all so I would advise anyone doing manual handling to go through this training procedure as it can really bring to light some bad habits we pick up and hopefully we can start lifting moving and handling loads either small or larger much better and most importantly safer.
