very good , clear concise and visually very clear. The explanation of why we should practise good manual handling was very clear and the benefits equally so.
VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE
Most aspects of the presentation were reinforcing common sense but it had a wealth of information presented matterof fact and in such a way as to engage the viewer : especially if one is interested about one’s employment and carry out tasks safely and as effortlessly as possible. Being told the basics in a few , well thought -out ,sentences made information sink in leaving me well and truly refreshed in the (prevention of) hazards of working at height
