Got one of the question's wrong because I could only see two of the answers on my phone screen the 3 rd answer which was correct was off screen at the bottom of my phone.

Helped me understand in dept with how to lift and move around safely whilst working really good exercise!
Great advice presented in a clear and simple manner. My only criticism is the pace of deliver, which in my mind was on the slow side making it feel almost patronising made worse by the sheer number of clicks required to proceed.
