Use of video made absorbing the info easier. Liked how it was broken into sections so you could dip in and out. Some of the questions/answers were a bit obvious.
The course is excellent and a necessary must for all areas of work life. It's not too long which keeps the information interesting and memorable. At half an hour duration it's very worth while and could potentially save your back alot of unnecessary pain!
