I actually enjoyed it! A really useful refresher on good practice for manual handling.
However when working in the field, at different premises the equipment gets delivered with no direction of who is going to help lift it into place when the engineer arrives. The engineer has to do this when phoning the customer. A more specific Manual Handling Training for our type of equipment and customers premises may be better suited.
Easy to follow and informative
A very good course, emphasising all of the important points but without repeating over and over. the visuals were particularly useful, and helped the message sink in much quicker.
